This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering two adults with 3 days and 2 nights accommodations at an all-inclusive beachfront resort. A US $50.00 refundable reservation deposit is required when booking the accommodations and is payable to the fulfillment travel center that handles the booking of the accommodations. The deposit will be returned 30 days following travel by contacting the fulfillment travel center via phone or mail. California residents will receive their deposit prior to travel.
Reservations need to be made at least 30 days in advance of the desired departure date to select a Sunday through Thursday travel date, purchase your airline tickets and arrange for any additional travel options allowing for proper handling, coordination travel arrangements and travel documents.
Travelers are responsible for charges incurred in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to; airfare, hotel taxes, transportation, and surcharges. Group travel fees will apply to each couple requesting to travel together. Both passengers must be at least 21 years of age. Hotels are subject to change and is based on the fulfillment travel agency’s availability. Best available airfare will be offered and must be purchased through the fulfillment travel agency. California residents are not required to purchase airfare through the fulfillment travel agency.
Travelers to and from the Caribbean and Mexico must have proper documentation such as; passports, visas and family legal documents or they will not be allowed to board. Documents must be presented at time of booking. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to determine if additional documentation is required.
To redeem the certificate, the customer simply mails or faxes it in with a
$25.00 processing, postage and handling fee to receive their reservation form.
They can also redeem their certificate online. Simple redemption instructions
are clearly printed on each certificate.
