How Your Customers Redeem Their Shopping Spree Certificate
Certificate Holders WITH Internet Access:
For certificate holders that have access to the Internet, they can redeem their
certificate online to submit the $10 processing fee and receive their Shopping
Spree Passcode. Immediately upon redeeming their certificate online they will
receive their passcode to begin their shopping spree. For 95% of the customers
the gift ordering is done online.
Certificate Holders WITHOUT Internet Access:
For certificate holders that do not have Internet access, they can redeem their
certificate by mail or fax. They can also order a catalog showing full color
pictures with descriptions of many products and services from which they can
place their order by mail. The catalog is $10 for postage and handling. They
will receive their passcode and catalog by mail within 2 weeks of redeeming
their certificate.
The cost of the certificate is $49.95 plus $1 shipping and handling.
