Terms and Conditions This site is owned and operated by Hotels Etc., Inc and contains material which is exclusive and private to Hotels Etc. members.. The material on this site is protected by international and national copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any material from this site including code and software without express permission from Hotels Etc. Agreement When listing your property or properties you are agreeing to provide Hotels Etc. members the discount that was select during your time of registration and is based on availability. If in the event you are not able to honor said discount, we kindly encourage you to offer our members something and not push them away. We strive hard to provide top notch quality service and to give our members a database of hotel discounts they can depend on. If in the event that Hotels Etc. members start to complain about your property not honoring discounts, we will remove you from the Hotels Etc. travel club program. We ask that you inform all employees of our agreement so they can welcome Hotels Etc. members with open arms. When a member of Hotels Etc. contacts your property, honor the discount. That is it, the only term you will need to follow. Termination This agreement is effective until terminated by Hotels Etc. or signing party, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you will no longer be listed in the Hotels Etc. directory and Hotels Etc. members will not be able to view your profile and make discounted reservations. To terminate your account you can email info@hotelsetc.com or log into your admin section and end your listing. Property owners can update your profile and listing at anytime by logging into the lodging section at www.hotelsetc.com/add
