Our private negotiated hotel discounts allow you to receive a discount simply by presenting your Hotels Etc. travel membership card. If you are using one of our Hotel corporate codes, Hotel Promo Codes, or Hotel Discount codes, then you will have to call the toll free number, provide our exclusive discount corporate ID number to receive your discount, you can even do it from the lobby. No, you do not have to be a corporation to use the corporate codes. We are the corporation and you have the right to use them whenever you wish as long as you are a member.
Need Car Rental Discounts? Simply log-in, click on Car Rental, and select the company you want to do business with, make reservations and provide the operator or website with the discount code. You can't walk into your local car rental agency and request a discount, you must use the numbers listed inside the members only area.
At this time, we do not currently offer airline discounts. As you may already know the airline industry is hurting and changing their prices on a daily basis. Until the airline industry settles down, we are unable to guarantee a discount. But as a life-time member of Hotels Etc. we can guarantee you that when we do get new airline discounts or any other form of discounts, you will have access to them without any extra fees.
