Lost Card

Lost or stolen membership cards can be reported below. Fill in the form below and one of our representatives will research your account and verify that you are a registered member of Hotels Etc. Once we confirm you are a registered member, we will cancel your previous membership and issue a new card. You the card holder is responsible to pay $9.95 for S&H. This fee helps Hotels Etc. cover all cost associated creating your new membership card.
